    FSB reorganized with $30,000 new Capital, and with a larger group of stockholders.

    Became $1 Million Dollar Institution.



    Became $2 Million Dollar Institution.


    March 1970

    New building finished in Danforth. Located Front & Adams St.



    Board of directors formed one holding company, Prairie State Bancorp, Inc.



    New building and branch opened in Aroma Park.



    100 Year Anniversary.
